At Xtreme Math every e-mail is answered by an actual person unlike many other online companies that reply with generic e-mail responses. We will answer all e-mails in the shortest time possible. We have kind, caring customer service representatives that care about you and your order. We will do everything we can to satisfy you, as we want you to remain an Xtreme Math customer. Billing and Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There are no credit card surcharges. Please be sure to provide the exact name, billing address, and telephone number as they appear on the credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the time processing the order. Orders that are shipped to an address other than the billing address listed with the credit card company require a temporary, alternate shipping note added to the account. Applying this note may also cause a short delay in processing time, but you will be notified of this. This note is required for first time purchases only and is used to verify that the cardholder is placing the order. This is for your security. Please note that we will accept credit cards with verifiable account information with the Card Issuer. In the event that the Card Issuer is located outside of U.S., we may not be able to process the order. All transactions are subject to verification for safety and security purposes.
We also accept cashier’s checks, money orders, personal checks, and purchase orders. Certified funds and personal checks must clear before a product ships. Please contact our Sales Department for more payment information.
- Terms will be Due Upon Receipt on the first three orders, then Net 30 days from the date of the invoice once the account is established.
- Accounts must be current before subsequent shipments will be made.
- Extreme Math reserves the right to accept or reject all orders based on our terms and conditions, which supercede any terms and conditions on buyers’ purchase order.
We are available 24/7 via our website: www.XtremeMath.com and Fax transmittals. Our office is open from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm PST, Mon thru Friday, and some Saturdays 9:00am – 3:00pm PST. Our answering machine is turned on and checked regularly if we are out of the office. Every attempt will be made to return phone calls promptly.
When ordering, please use the Item #, and the description name of the product.
Net 30 Terms
Unlike government and educational institutions, private companies are required to submit a credit application before any Net 30 Terms Purchase is effected. It normally takes a week or two for credit applications to be processed. This depends largely on the speedy response of your trade/bank references.
Only Shipments to CA are subject to sales tax. If you are a reseller and would like to have your sales tax waived, please fill out a Resale Certificate Form, reference your order number and send through fax # (760) 798-1493, together with a copy of your Seller’s Permit.
All Shipments are sent by UPS Ground/Standard at customer’s own expense. We cannot guarantee RUSH orders.

Due to possible damage in handling and shipping as well as increasing costs, we must have a NO RETURNS policy (receipt of damage goods excluded from policy). A verbal report of shortages or damaged items must be given upon receipt of goods. Shortages or damaged items will be replaced, not credited.
